A Healthy Week Challenge.

Ok so i just got through watching some challenges and i wanted to make a mixed challenge. If i`m correct You should loose some weight. But then again i might be wrong. Anyway so first off here is some things i want to see when your doing the challenge.Oh and a Warning

  • Keep Checking your Blood pressure every few hours.
  • The Challenge may wind up being to healthy. Warning Please eat as little Grease as possible on Sunday as a warning because you will regret it. 
  • You can Only Drink 1 cup or 16oz Soda of any kind diet is included.
  • What your weight was before you began this.
  • Please check your heart rate every few hours.
  • Challenge starts Monday Morning and Ends Sunday Morning. 
  • Read the Challenge before you start and please make a schedule to and keep to it.
Ok So First off Meals. Choose one item from each category.

Breakfast:
Drink Choices: Orange Juice, Water, or Milk (chocolate Milk is a option)
Main Course Choices: No Sweet Cereal, Omelet, Homemade Oatmeal, or Grits
Side Fruit: Apple, Banana, Orange or Strawberries. 
Side Food: Toast with Sugar Free Jelly or Preserves, Yogurt, or Cereal Bar.

Lunch:
Drink Choices: Water, Milk, or Soda
Main Course: MRE of Choice, Soup, Light Salad with meat in it, or a Peanut Butter Jelly Sandwich.
Side Fruit: Apple, Peaches, Strawberries or Banana
Side Food: Yogurt with Granola, Peanut Butter Crackers, or Small Mac & Cheese.

Dinner:
Drink Choices: Water, Milk or Soda.
Main Course: MRE, Cambells Soup(I suggest Soup), Salad, Vegetable Dinner or Makeshift Dinner (Make it up but remember YOU are going to be eating it)
Side Fruit/Vegetables depends on The Main Course and is your choice but nothing greasey.
Side Food also depends on the main choice and try something healthy.
Dessert: Astronaut Ice cream (different one each night)

Snacks:
Protein/Cereal Bar, Fruit, Yogurt or Crackers
Ok Now onto the Activities. Also Heres a thing. 
  • You HAVE to do a activity after 2 hours on a computer. Also Try to do as many 
Activities:
  • Go Try a sport you haven`t Tried before.
  • Walk to Work/Home
  • Clean up a Room
  • Try Making Crafts.
  • Dance Off!

Anyway When the week ends Let me know how much weight you lost.
Also Remember you CANT Break away from a meal by going out to eat or eating something like a cupcake.

Almost Forgot!
Sunday Morning you have to weight your self and compare the weight. Let me know how much you loose. If your a youtuber. Please Record Your Self. With The Following.
Weight Before, Blood Pressure, Heart Race, Time and Date in the corner. Also Please Record What you eat. What activities your doing. Also After Each Day please basically give a summary of your day. Please put It all together do not post one video after the other. At Sunday Morning Show your orginal weight before then after wards in a math Equation like X-Y=Z. X is the number of pounds before, Y is The Number Of Pounds after. Z is The Number of pounds you lost and/or Gained.
Sunday Is Funday! Now Go Eat at your favorite place and go goof off You Won The Challenge! Also Beware of Grease and Fat and Junk Food till your use to it again! Sorry If it Affects you Badly!

Also note i changed the thing. You HAVE to record your entire week and group it together. You must show the date, how much weight you had BEFORE the challenge. Also if your recording this please shout out my channel. Which is https://www.youtube.com/user/princessprt. also thanks for doing it!

Worries

Sorry for being a worry wart but as far as i know i have 5 open slots open for spare classes. No Skipping. Also a club might be a good idea. Also thought about running for junior/senior class president. Meh just a thought though. Still wanna make a minecraft animation when i got time. Also when i last viewed fraps it was pretty cheap...and now its 37 dollars. Anyway thought about making a Klub IcE Map. Sorry but the name is bothering me slightly since i like to type correctly. Also 17 days till IEP Meeting. 21 days till valentines day (singles Awareness day). 22 days till Presidents day off. 32 days till end of Quarter 3. 38 days till report cards. 39 days till spring break. Sheesh thats so long yet so short....Also gonna go write some songs lyrics
