i should share some tips from marketing class about tips to get a interview and different things for a interview. Aka The Interview Cheat Sheet!!!

• Get the interview
• Avoid items that can kill your chances
• After your done with your resume don`t just send it in use your connections and get it into the right hands and beat the system of computers. computer systems that companies use to hire people look for key words and if you dont have a keyword your resume will get discarded.
• If you dont get the interview, find out why because that will help you out
• Long history of unemployment can kill your chances
• Before you go to the interview be prepared!
• Find out as much as possible about the company- you may get asked about what the company does
• Research the job
• Formulate a strategy to stand out in the interview among all the other candidates
• Getting a cheat sheet together and studying it can help you out to, aka Tips and hints and different things you may need/want to use/ask
• PREPARE!!!!
• Arrive early, not to early, arrive 15 minutes early which is ideal
• Your interview starts the moment you walk in the door
• Practice walking into a room
• Learn how to make good first impressions and how first impressions work
• Dress and Groom yourself well
• Be Aware of your body language
• Keep your head up
• Just a dang will go a long way in your first impressions
• If you dont want to be there they will know
• When you walk in, stop and relax
• Make sure your clothes are wrinkle FREE
• Greet people in the lobby, their opinion may count more than you know
• Know the questions you`ll be expected to answer backwars and forwars
• Do extra research on answering really tough questions
• "what is your biggest weakness" is a tough question along with "Tell me about a challenge you faced along with a coworker" "Tell me about yourself" 
• Most of your answers will follow a pattern.
• Fall back on the STAR Technique
• Learn WHY their asking you each question
• Tailor your response to their hidden motives
• Dont be afraid to dance around questions you`d rather not answer
• If its not clear what their asking, Ask them what they mean
• Greet your interviewer with a smile and a firm handshake with a smile (no crushing hand shakes)
• Turn off ALL electronics or leave them in the car
• Be upbeat and keep a positive attitude at all times
• Ask a Few questions that will make you look good
• Ask questions that will show you whether this is the right job for you
• Prepare Questions
• Know your resume (bring copies) and your strenghs
• Know the job your interviewing for and why you are interested
• Follow up with a thank you not or a email
• Dont wear baggy clothes
• Dont wear Casual Clothes
• Stick to solid colors especially neutral colors
• Dont wear anything distracting
• Dont wear Excessive Accessories
• Keep Accessories SIMPLE
• Dont wear dirty Clothes
• Keep your clothes clean
• Shameless self-promotion is a good thing in a job interviews
• Potential is actually more valuable than experience
• Negative body language can sabotage your chances
• Research the subjects you should avoid
• Make sure you dont overshare
• If things go south learn how to turn the tide quickly
• If the interview goes badly after you leave you can always request a 2nd interview
• Different modes of communication may be more benefical
• be sure to nail any follow up interview
