English teacher and Serial Podcast Season 1
Hey guys princessprt here and anyway so problem in english came up. I thought we were gonna play investigators but no we are playing jury. I decided to ask my mom who has been on a jury before about the case. Let me explain the task, In english class we were listening and looking at evidence about the case. However i dont think we`re looking at this right. I thought about talking my teacher to let us play as a court with her and her assitant as judge and that other person. 1 student play as defense, 1 plays as offense. The rest play as jury. Problem is that almost half the class is bias on it and claim Adnan is guilty. When playing as a jury you keep you thoughts to yourself and discuss with others to reach a conclusion. So i reviewed the case over and over again,....Problem is that it isnt adding up. Jay`s Story isnt matching the cellphone call log, Theres to much evidence missing, Its jay`s word against Adnan`s, theres just so much missing, it gives me a reason to doubt. In most cases when i look at a arguement if its accusing someone, i look at it as the defendant being the cat in Schrodinger`s cat box theory, where the cat is both dead and alive, But in this case the defendant is innocent and guilty at the same time. The problem i have with this case is that the state is already bias in the favor of jay`s word which means it isnt a fair trial. I would like to point out some evidence that should be considered useless.
Jenn and Chris`s statement is based on jays word and his reputation for not lying.
Lets start with the obvious one. Chris`s statement said that jay said adnan threatened to hurt stephanie. If it happened wouldnt jay mention it in his story? Also when did jay tell chris this piece of information. So Either Chris is lying about this or jay isnt telling the truth. Now Cathy, Cathy didnt know adnan but thought he acted strange, If she never met him how would she know?

Now before you all say there would have been resistance. She was found with rope, Bottle and feathers. Feathers are more than likely birds that live in the area. Could she have been knocked out with the content of the bottle and tied to resist resistance and strangled.

Now In the class im gonna bring up a post. Adnan showed sara(investigator) 2 charts. The price of teat at 7-11 and at C-mart. Now Heres the thing, The price of tea at 7-11 has small clear marks but the numbers go up by 20 cents. The Price of tea at C-Mart has Dark deep lines but it goes up by small numbers. The price of tea at 7-11 and C-Mart is the exact Same. Thoose who think he is guilty are looking at the C-mart chart and saying that 7-11 is cheaper. The info is the same but the persecptive is different.

If i get a booth at a con
I`ll try to make the most of it.
1st off i have my drawlings which i think i might be selling.
Colored by my mom and copys of the lineart by me.
Then posters for sell.
Also maybe do some face painting along with cotton candy making
Plan-
Step 1 Create 2 copys of my drawings, one for my mom to color and one for me to sell as is.
Step 2 Decide which posters will be printed and sold.
Step 3 Make some crafts from minecraft to pokemon with mom to sell
Step 4 Print out face painting choices-
Step 5 Get Face Painting materials along with a table for it
Step 6 Get Refined sugar and bring the carnival snack bags (get different colors 3 of all)
Step 7 Get latex gloves for cotton candy
Step 8 Bring the candy
Step 9 Bring 2 "3 ring binder" one for colored drawings and one for uncolored

English class Episode 2 of Serial Podcast
So i showed up to english class and to find out we were in the middle of basically a phoenix right game but figuring out how a student died. Serial Podcast; The Breakup.
Everyone in class was screaming who they thought it was and i decided to go investigate by finding the site it was on. So note that the teacher knows who it was. So anyway everyone in class thought ardinan or his parents where her murders. Lets start at the beginning, Hae a 17 year old highschooler disappeared on Janurary 13, 1999. She was found dead just 27 days later by Mr.S a Maintence Worker who stopped to pee in the park. She was strangled to death. Same day she died/disappeared ardnan and jay visited her house and ardnan was acting strange. Jay claims that he saw ardnan kill hae and that he made him bury her. I noticed a clue was missing, Yaser who a anonymous caller mentioned was never intreviewed even though it was hinted that he might know something. His phone called Nisha on 3:32. Ardnan was known to be possesive of hae. 2 minutes before the call to nisha ardnan was seen looking for don, who was hae`s boyfriend. Jay is either lying or ardnan is a murder. 2:45, ardnan was still on campus. Day Hae disappeared, ardnan asked about a ride but found out hae was busy doing something afterschool, no one notices or their is no notes about several clues that are missing to this case. First off it doesnt make sense. Anyway continuing on Jay had ardnan`s car and phone. Ardnan was seen the time they think hae was kidnapped/killed at the library which is on campus. Jay`s story kept changing so its more likely he is not to be trusted and is lying. Ardnan was known to be a possesive player for girls. He joked about killing her. Parents tried to go see her, ardnan kept them from doing so. Jenn?, saw jay and ardnan together and jay claimed that ardnan killer her. On the day she died/disappeared yaser was called from ardnan`s phone twice. Now i think i covered everything. So i`m gonna note some things missing.

- Yaser was never intreviewed for statement and was never mentioned by anyone
- The whole case of him being gulity is based on jay`s word.
- Jay had ardnan`s phone for ??? time and no one questions jay about how long he had it
Things to note
- The library footage was recycled so it was useless to try and get proof he was in the library.
- Several people`s testimonies are based on jay`s word of telling them what happened, Discredit jay and the case has no proof of jay killing him but also ardnan has no proof besides word that he didnt kill her.
- jay changing his story is a sign of Lying and their was no test to see if he was lying
- The whole case is based on jays word and his reputation
- Jay had ardnan`s phone for a unknown period of time.

Ok i would like to point out i dont like how this case is setup. First off we have a statement which points out that jay has ardnan`s car and phone, the day hae went missing, 2 minutes after ardnan was seen on campus looking for dawn someone calls nisha from ardnan`s phone. Ardnan practically doesnt defend himself. Ardnan will only remember something is someone calls him out on it. Jay`s word is that he saw ardnan kill hae and that he was forced to help bury her. when Jay and Ardnan are seen together, ardnan acts strange in the words of someone who never met him. If she never met him that how would she know how he acts. Asia claims that she was at his house 1 hour after he was arrested. This just feels like a puzzle that someone messed up and used scissors, glue, and tape to put it together depending on just one piece.

My theory:
Jay killed hae. I think He forced Ardnan to bury her. Jay had his car and phone, it just seems obvious to me. While it seems that several class mates are right about Ardnan killing her, it just doesnt feel like it.

Story Mode discussion; order of the stone
Topic of this story mode discussion is over the order of the stone, We will be discussing each member and what actual happened. Note Magnus or Ellegaard will die and you will obtain their armor

Ellegaard the Redstone Engineer,
Her Redstone is shown through out the episodes. From her railtracks in the nether to her amazing redstone in her city ( i wish i could redstone like her)

Soren the Architect ,
His building skills are apparent and seem to suit a theme. From his build of the order of the stone to his ender fortress (i wish i could do that as well) he also has a fasination for endermen. In the game it is revealed that the order believe soren is a hero, Ivor is pissed for some reason, But it is in fact not his actual building but that of the command block. Which gave each of them anything they asked for, The command block is infact the source of power. Soren is a bloody coward, in the fight against the wither storm soren ran way and ivor chased after him to make sure he was ok.

Gabriel the Warrior,
Gabriel the fighter of the group. He knows of soren`s command block but the Ellegard and magnus do not. Gabriel in the end either admits it or does not that they are not heros. If you do not admit it ivor is not pleased, If you do ivor is kinda wierd but suprised, perhaps ivor meant something else?

Magnus the Rogue,
His greifing in his city is apparent but also he used tnt to clear out areas for building purpose. His tnt cannons are top of the line and i wish i could build those like him.

Ivor, The only character that keeps showing up every where.
Ivor is a master potions brewer, he has enchanted weapons and knows how to build golems. but either way he loves to build...espically with lava.(i wish i could build skulls like him) He thinks fast and is known to go his own way if he thinks its faster. he is also former order of stone member, he also summoned/created the wither storm.

Order of the stone- My theory
Ivor was the hero, soren was there when they found the ender dragon dead and ivor was there last. Ivor created the command block and actually did the stuff that soren claimed that soren did. Ivor likes to build with lava but he also likes to keep things tidy in work areas. He knows where everyone who is in the order of stone,`s base is and he frequently travels between places because they kicked him from the order even though it is apparent that ivor kept the team together and got them to work together. In the story that is told ivor is unknown. Ivor had a title and demanded gabriel told everyone who he was. Ivor was not pleased to see his title renounced and his part in the story left out, so if you dont mind i will say ivor was the hero of the order of the stone while his title remains unknown his title is to what i believe to be Ivor the Enchanted Brewer. All his items are normally enchanted and he always carries around potions that he brews.
